The last couple of days of spring 2023 classes are here! Congrats on your hard work this semester.
As you head into finals, commencement, and summer plans, please know that your Dyson Student Services and Advising Team is here for you. You can utilize the Dyson Launchpad to schedule either a zoom appointment or in person if you are in Ithaca. Summer is a great time to get ahead on your planning for future semesters.
Congrats to our seniors who completed their Grand Challenge Projects this spring. We are proud of your hard work and the impact you had on the individuals and community partners you worked with. Shout out to the naRoho team for their pop-up event last week, and all of the students who worked on the CanoeFest on Sunday, which was a great success!
Lastly, congrats to our graduating seniors We are proud of you and encourage you to remain engaged in our community by sharing your time and experience.

Join the Dyson Undergraduate Council for their De-Stress with Pups and Cups event.
Hang out with the pups from the Guiding Eyes for the Blind at Cornell and have some ice cream with friends to de-stress prior to finals!
Join us for a night to celebrate your accomplishments during your Dyson journey. There will be dinner, drinks, photo booth, DJ, gifts, and more to share with your peers Attire: Business formal (no jeans please).

We are excited to kick off a survey of current students in the SC Johnson College of Business. I invite you to participate in this important survey that will provide us with information about your SC Johnson College experience.

The SC Johnson College has partnered with Hanover Research, an independent research firm based in Washington DC, to collect and analyze responses. Materials provided for creating hand-stamped bandanas or giving your old clothes some pizzaz with new design features. Bandanas provided or bring your own t-shirts & jeans. Mark your calendars! Some furry friends will be stopping by Mann Library for cuddles and cuteness on Monday, May 15 at 5pm. Come say hello and boost your serotonin with some help from the cutest study coaches around!
Drop in to try your hand in the old art of hand-stitching and a look at some fun resources for boosting your skills in embroidery and visible mending. We're no experts ourselves, but we're game to try some stitchwork while enjoying afternoon tea with you! Materials provided for basic stitching practice. Plus, refreshments!

Take what you need and leave what you don’t at the exchange station in the Mann lobby, every day during Mann’s normal hours of operation.
Late-Night Hours
Mann Library has extended hours during study week and finals. From Wednesday, May 10 through Thursday, May 18, Mann Library will have the following hours:
Monday – Thursday 8am to midnight
Friday 8am to 8pm
Saturday 11am to 8pm
Sunday Noon to midnight
Night owls – don’t forget that the CALSZone (in Mann 112) is a 24/7 study space! So even after the library closes, you still have a cozy place to study into the wee hours.
Before you graduate or head home for the summer months, remember to return any items you’ve borrowed from the library before leaving town. Most books may be returned to any campus library that is convenient for you, but please return course reserves, laptops, and other equipment directly to the libraries you borrowed them from.
It’s hard to believe the semester is almost over! Great job with all of your hard work so far this semester! It’s important to take a step back and acknowledge the work you’ve done and the successes (big and small) that you’ve had this fall. The LSC is here to help you think through the steps that will work for you.
