Subject: Dyson Weekly Update - 2/7/2021

Welcome back!

As we mark the beginning of a new semester, remember that while some of the challenges from fall will remain and new ones may arise, through it all, you have persevered and will continue to do so.

The most important piece of advice I can give you is to reach out as soon as you feel you need additional support or just want to connect with others. There are so many faculty and staff throughout campus who are ready and willing to help but without our presence on campus, it is sometimes hard to know you need the support.

Within Dyson, the teams in the Office of Student Services, Career Management, and the Office of Diversity & Inclusion are ready to connect. We also welcome you to make appointments to just chat and catch us up on your lives. We miss our hallway interactions!

We strongly encourage you to work with your professors. Communicate any concerns with them early and respectfully. Reach out to the following offices for additional support as needed:

Make sure you understand the spring 2021 COVID updates including the updated travel policy, testing, and wellness days.

Take care of yourself and others,

Good luck this spring!
