The last day to add a course for this spring is Monday, February 22nd. Reach out to your advisor in the Dyson Office of Student Services if you have any questions about your schedule or other concerns.

TA OR RESEARCH ENROLLMENT FOR CREDIT
TA, independent study or independent research credits must enrolled in the through the special studies form by March 12th. No students will be added after the deadline.


FUNDING SUPPORT
If you are in need of additional funding support for spring 2021, please review the links on the Dyson Launchpad under Funding and Support or reach out to Dyson_OSS@Cornell.edu for more information. Check out the Cornell Access Fund to learn more about what type of funding is available to students. Applications open through May 14th.


UNIVERSITY UPDATES, EVENTS, & SUPPORT

CONFIRM YOUR SCHEDULE

As a student at Cornell, it is your responsibility to ensure that your enrollment in classes and the grading basis for those classes is correct and accurate.

  • Your schedule and enrollment in Student Center is "official" - click on your "Academics" tab at the top
  • Students on an online waitlist via Student Center ar also given access to the course via Canvas up until the add deadline.
    • Enrollment in a course in Canvas does not mean you are enrolled in the course
    • You should check your Student Center for your status in the course

Co-op Mosey Open House Day

Sunday, February 21, 2021, 1:00 – 5:00pm ET

Co-op Mosey is an afternoon of virtual fair open houses of the university-owned cooperative residences. Learn about living in a co-op for the 2021 – 2022 academic year!

The open houses will be in a virtual fair in CampusGroups, where you can chat with co-op officers, see photos, and enter Zoom sessions. You can enter each Zoom for just a short while, or for a longer time, or just read the descriptions and click to request further information from the houses that interest you.

For more information about cooperative living see https://housing.cornell.edu/cooperatives The webpages list: types of rooms and amenities in each house; the number of residents; whether the house has a meal plan; the address and location; and contact information for the house.

  1. for residency is handled independently by each house. Most houses will host additional events up until March 6th. Decision notifications will be sent Sunday night, March 7, 2021. Students interested in the co-ops should also register for the General Room Selection process.
