Gaby Carmona, Dyson '25
Gaby graduated the Dyson school in 2025 with a concentration in strategy. She is currently working as a Sales Associate for RRD where she works with clients on their marketing, packaging and print need. During her time at Cornell she was a KKR mentor, ODI Program Assistant for Jen, VP of DEI for DUC and involved in DDC, ALPFA, BlackGen along with other student organizations. Gaby is also a first gen student from the Bronx!
John Hernandez, Dyson '25
Cornell Dyson graduate in Accounting and Finance and an Accelerator Scholars Mentor Alumni. During my time at Cornell, I was involved in organizations such as BlackGen Capital and ALPFA, where I gained experience as a financial analyst and remained actively engaged in mentorship and diversity-focused initiatives. I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Accounting while working at CTBK, and I am actively working toward earning my CPA. My professional interests are primarily in tax and audit.
Chayil Hyland, Nolan '25
Chayil Hotel 25 is passionate about all things food and people. While at Cornell, she was involved in HEC, was a teaching assistant for introduction to wines for all four years, was an RA for ujamaa residential college and a saxophonist in the Big Red Marching Band. She has had a variety on internships in food based companies like USHG and Eataly, and currently works for HelloFresh as an HR Associate.

Haley Qin, Dyson '25
I moved to NYC to work at L’Oreal in their digital and data analytics division! I am in a rotational program that allows me to experience different teams before I commit to a specific one. My day to day varies but it involves everything digital and data!
Edward Vargas, Dyson '25
I am originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and graduated from Cornell University’s Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management with a concentration in Finance and Accounting. I am currently an investment banking analyst at BMO Capital Markets, where I cover the Financial Institutions Group.
