David Cynn is a private equity and venture capital investor focused on fintech and specialty finance investments. He has served on the boards of many private and public companies, and worked as Managing Partner at Triphammer Ventures; Founder and Managing Partner at private investment firm Killearn Capital; Managing Director and Investment Committee member at Lightyear Capital; David has also worked at Morgan Stanley, Samuel Montagu (HSBC), and Chase Manhattan’s Management Development Program.

Ed Tam is Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners and has worked as a Partner at the publicly traded private debt fund, Apollo Investment Corporation; and at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette/Credit Suisse.

Nickie Norris co-founded New Heritage Capital in 2006, and has been investing private equity in founder-owned, lower middle market businesses. She has served on or been an active board observer on 20 private company boards. As COO and CCO, Nickie also plays a leading role in the firm’s internal management, including investor relations, fundraising, operations, finance, compliance, and HR.
