Details
Discussing faith can ignite heated, passionate, and explosive debates in academia. Yet faith has played and continues to play a large part in higher education. Sometimes students don’t feel comfortable sharing their religious beliefs with their peers. This community conversation is intended to provide a safe space for students of all faiths to come together in supportive dialogue.
Dr. David R. Just received his PhD (2001) and MS (1999) degrees in agricultural and resource economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA (1998) in economics from Brigham Young University. He is currently the Susan Eckert Lynch Professor of Science and Business in the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, and the area coordinator for applied economics and policy in the S.C. Johnson College of Business at Cornell University.
