Holly Sheffield has served as President of CooperSurgical, Inc., CooperCompanies women’s healthcare and fertility business, since July 2020. Previously she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of CooperCompanies from June 2018 to July 2020. Holly was the founding executive sponsor of Cooper’s Global Inclusion Council and is the serving executive sponsor for ‘WIN’, the Women’s Impact Network.

Prior to joining Cooper in 2018, Holly spent more than 20 years in investment banking. She served as Managing Director, Global Head of Medical Technology at UBS Securities LLC and Credit Suisse.

Ms. Sheffield serves on the Board of Directors for Imperative Care Inc. She is also a member of the Cornell Center for Life Science Ventures Advisory Council and an alumnus member of the Cornell Dyson School Advisory Council.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. She is originally from Western New York and currently resides in Fairfield, CT.
